Planning an Event

Planning a pyrotechnic display can seem overwhelming. Let us do the leg work for you! We will coordinate the show with your location/venue, local fire marshals, Board of Pyrotechnics, and other local authorities to confirm that your show will go on without any issues. We typically handle all permitting as well, freeing you up to concentrate on the other aspects of the event. Leave the fireworks planning to us!

How does a Pyrotechnic Show Happen?

  1. Introduction of the client (you) with Pioneer Pyrotechnics. This is typically done over the phone or in person.
  2. You tell us what type of event you are having and any thoughts you have for the firework show.
  3. We give you a rough estimate on costs associated with the show (Typically we provide at least 2 different options for you to review)
  4. If the rough estimate is within your budget, we then contact all the necessary local and state authorities to confirm your location will be permitted to host the show.
  5. After confirmation that your location will qualify for a permit, we send you a written quote which, after you approve, we begin the behind-the-scenes work associated with creating, scripting, and setting up your show.
  6. Prior to the show date, we are always available for any questions or concerns that you might have.
  7. On the date of your show, we maintain consistent contact with you. Then we perform your show, and you get to sit back and ENJOY THE SHOW!
